Trump's Family Member Gets Professional Tips from Golf Legend Woods Before Professional Golf Debut

Emerging athlete preparing for major competition

This young athlete has impressive online audience

The young golfer can count on numerous high-profile cheerleaders when she starts her first LPGA appearance on Thursday.

This teenage golfer, who is the granddaughter of a former US president, obtained a sponsor's invitation to participate at Florida's Annika event in the Sunshine State.

Her grandfather, an avid golfer, operates numerous courses worldwide and regularly competes against Kai.

"He's quite skilled. I can't say much but we play tight competitions," she revealed.

She mentioned that her grandfather, who cannot attend, told her: "Just stay calm."

"He essentially told me to play and relax," she continued.

"From my perspective, he's simply a regular grandfather. He's not attending for the tournament. He's occupied with presidential duties, making him quite busy."

While still amateur, Kai has participated in only three events in 2024 and maintains position 461 in the American Junior Golf Association listings.

Yet she's able to seek guidance from golf legend, in a relationship with her mother.

"He represents the top athlete worldwide," Kai stated.

"Additionally, he's a superior human being. He told me to compete, have fun, adapting to whatever happens."

Kai will face several most prominent players in women's golf at the Annika, featuring second-ranked Nelly Korda, British golfer Hull, Lexi Thompson and 2023 champion champion Vu.

Tournament organizers commented that Kai's presence exposes the sport to different demographics, specifically reaching younger fans.

The social media influencer boasts millions of followers and recently launched an exclusive fashion and living company.

She begins at late afternoon GMT.
